The Unfinished Square Footage sheet shows the potential to renovate the unfinished areas to resell for a profit. This sheet is filtered with the highest unfinished square feet at the top. Please note that basement finished square feet is worth about half of whatever the upstairs finished square feet is.

The Cumulative Days on the Market sheet reflects homes that have been on the market for more than 60 days. This can be beneficial to you as a buyer because the seller is usually very motivated to sell, which gives you, as the buyer, more buying power.
